Nice To Haves
- Experience with high-volume rentals of skis, snowboards, or bikes is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare rental bikes, skis, or boards as per the season
- Clean customer equipment for tunes or mounts
- Receive customer equipment for tunes or mounts
- Coordinate with technicians
- Answer phone inquiries
- Assist mechanics with bike tunes
- Aid ski techs in binding tests
- Service rental bikes as needed
- Manage recycling
- Detail bikes upon return
- Follow up with customers when technicians are occupied
