Nice To Haves

• Experience with high-volume rentals of skis, snowboards, or bikes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing rental bikes, skis, or boards as per the season
• Cleaning customer equipment
• Receiving customer equipment for tunes or mounts
• Coordinating with technicians
• Answering phone inquiries
• Assisting mechanics with bike tunes
• Aiding ski techs in binding tests
• Servicing rental bikes as needed
• Managing recycling
• Detailing bikes upon return
• Following up with customers when technicians are occupied
