About The Position

The B-Helpful Professional is an energetic, engaged resource for customers and associates throughout the store. The role supports a quick, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience by managing an in-store service hub and assisting with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, easy returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services. The position also involves greeting and engaging customers, using technology, and participating in merchandising and operational requirements.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours.
No experience required.
