About The Position

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Seasonal Security Agent to help maintain its iconic status as Arizona's largest and longest-running AAA Five Diamond hotel. This role involves ensuring a professional and friendly guest experience, representing the resort's high standards, and understanding event details. The position officially starts in September.

Requirements

• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Two years Security experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Ensure five diamond representation of resort
• Understand all tasks in the outlet
• Have knowledge of all event activities: location, time, and event.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Other duties as assigned
