About The Position

The Seasonal Sales role delivers a positive, authentic customer experience while supporting sales, store operations, and PacSun’s brand image. The position focuses on full-price selling, completing assigned tasks efficiently, maintaining visual standards, and contributing to a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Seasonal Sales team members support company and store goals, including digital sales strategies such as ship from store and BOPIS, and work collaboratively with leadership and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience.
• Focus on full-price selling while remaining aware of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations in accordance with policy and procedures; seek solutions and partner with leadership on escalated issues.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards as directed by management.
• Support organization and cleanliness standards to promote a safe working and shopping environment.
• Comply with company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, the Employee Policy Guide, and the Safety Program.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and report violations to leadership or through the Silent Witness Hotline.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to help improve the customer experience.
• Participate in company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
• Support leadership in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Reflect the PacSun brand through passion for products, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by consistently demonstrating core values.
• Adhere to Employee Appearance Guidelines to maintain the company’s fashion image.
• Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Work to improve individual performance while contributing as a productive team member.
