About The Position

The Seasonal Sales role supports an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience while contributing to store sales and operational goals. The employee focuses on full-price selling, follows company policies and safety standards, maintains the store’s visual presentation and cleanliness, and supports digital sales strategies. The role also reflects the PacSun brand through product and fashion knowledge, a positive team presence, and a commitment to learning and improving individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience.
• Focus on full-price selling while staying aware of product value and promotions.
• Handle customer situations according to policy and procedures, attempt to resolve issues, and partner with leadership on escalated matters.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Execute visual directives and maintain company visual standards as directed by management.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness to promote a safe working and shopping environment.
• Comply with company policies, the Code of Business Conduct, the Employee Policy Guide, and the Safety Program.
• Follow Loss Prevention policies and report violations to leadership or through the Silent Witness Hotline.
• Share customer feedback with the leadership team to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in company and store contests and events.
• Stay current on financial goals and priorities.
• Support the leadership team in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Support and execute digital sales strategies, including ship from store and BOPIS.
• Reflect the PacSun brand through passion for and affinity with products, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by exhibiting core value behaviors.
• Maintain the company’s fashion image by following Employee Appearance Guidelines.
• Learn about products, brands, fashion, and trends.
• Work to improve individual performance while contributing as a productive team member.
