Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills, including percentages
• Ability to build rapport and identify customer needs
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on meeting goals
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand for 4–9 hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs (up to 75 lbs with equipment)
• Basic computer proficiency
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to distinguish between colors

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pool and spa product sales in a fast-paced, friendly environment
• Conduct water testing and explain results to customers
• Help customers load products and provide excellent service throughout their visit
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
• Stock and replenish inventory on sales floor and in storage areas
• Assist with receiving and unloading truck deliveries
• Support general store operations and POS transactions as needed
