Requirements

Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (e.g., hospitality).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Client service skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capability to work with a diverse client base.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is located.

Responsibilities

Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome, appropriate assistance, and a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to foster personalized interactions, aiming to positively influence sales and service.
Provide assistance at the engraving station, if applicable.
Accurately manage the floor waiting list, if applicable.
Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
Report any potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
Support the sales team with tasks such as boxing and wrapping items, restocking POS and gifting supplies, maintaining neatness and organization on the sales floor and at POS stations, and performing all POS functions post-purchase.
Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
Contribute to inventory management and special projects as required.
