About The Position

This position requires a Physical Therapist to complete specific documentation directly with ATI before being cleared to start their assignment. Candidates from Washington (WA) and Alaska (AK) are permitted to work on a Compact License. For all supplier submissions, please contact Dawn Alligood at [email protected]. If a candidate has worked permanently or per diem at ATI within the last year, they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time, or permanently/per diem more than a year prior to submission, please send their name and DOB to Katrina for rehire eligibility confirmation.

Requirements

• Active license.
• Experience in setting.
• Must have worked perm/PRN at ATI more than a year previous to the date of submission, or have previous ATI work history as a traveler at any time.
• General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
• Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.

Responsibilities

• Complete documentations directly with ATI before being cleared to start assignment.
• Work on a Compact License if from WA or AK.
• Ensure eligibility for rehire if previous ATI work history exists.

Benefits

• Completion bonus: $2500 for 13-20 weeks, $5000 for 26 weeks (for new contractors signing through end of September).
