About The Position
Join Pandora’s team as a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant! This role involves spreading joy and making the season sparkle. You will be a brand ambassador responsible for driving sales and ensuring smooth operations. You can choose and discuss your preference between two focus areas: Sales, where you will connect with customers, share their stories, and help them find perfect gifts, and Operations, where you will support behind-the-scenes activities to ensure excellent customer service. This role requires an expressive team player who thrives in a busy environment, embodying Pandora's core values.
Requirements
- Must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities
- Surpass sales targets with effective techniques.
- Bond confidently with customers, adapting to their unique preferences and needs.
- Master Pandora knowledge, delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
- Prepare click-and-collect orders for customers.
- Manage deliveries, process returns, and restock shelves with fresh inventory.
- Wrap beautiful gifts, engrave jewellery and load gift cards.
