About The Position

Join Pandora’s team as a Seasonal Sales & Operations Assistant! You will be a brand ambassador, driving sales and ensuring smooth operations. The role has two focus areas: Sales, where you will connect with customers, help them find gifts, surpass sales targets, and master Pandora knowledge; and Operations, where you will support behind-the-scenes activities such as preparing click-and-collect orders, managing deliveries, processing returns, restocking shelves, wrapping gifts, engraving jewellery, and loading gift cards. We are looking for an expressive team player who thrives in a busy environment and embodies Pandora's core values.

Requirements

Must be available to work on key trading days throughout the duration of your contract, which will include weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
