About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to create and maximize sales while providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. The role is part of a motivated, dynamic, upbeat, and team-oriented retail environment. Associates help customers, maintain an organized store, and contribute wherever needed in a changing workday. The stated pay range is $16.90 per hour, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old, or 16 or older with appropriate work permits.
Must have open availability during weekends.
Be fun and outgoing, with a desire to work hard and succeed.
Communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
