About The Position

Under Armour is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store during its busiest seasons. The associate delivers customer service, drives sales, helps maintain a clean and organized store, supports daily operations, and assists with stock duties as needed. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and helping customers in person and through digital omni-channel experiences.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old, or 18 years old in California.
• Be able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs./12 kgs.
• Have fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be able to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Be able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as computers, handheld devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service from greeting customers through checkout.
• Recommend appropriate apparel and footwear to customers.
• Share knowledge of Under Armour products.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Work in the front and back of the store as needed, including operating point-of-sale systems and processing payments.
• Fulfill customer omni-channel requests through digital experiences in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about the Rewards program.
• Collaborate effectively with the team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Work scheduled hours in accordance with Under Armour’s attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
