About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work collaboratively with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience grounded in collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

You provide authentic customer service, drive sales, assist with operational and product-related store tasks assigned by management, and share customer feedback with the management team. The position requires scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, stretching, and moving merchandise weighing at least 40 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while carrying out tasks.
• Show problem-solving skills and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Be able to bend, reach, stretch for product, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).
