About The Position

Our Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The Seasonal Sales Associate shares an enthusiasm for fashion and works to create an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves connecting with customers, supporting sales, sharing product knowledge, maintaining the store, and contributing to a positive team environment.

The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. Associates may need to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. The stated pay range is USD $15.00 to USD $18.75 per hour. If eligible, benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; term life insurance; paid vacation and holidays; and a 401(k) with company match. Associates are eligible for a discount on Catalyst Brands merchandise. Eligible associates receive eight paid holidays during the calendar year, and store hourly associates scheduled to work on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Understand customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to inspire customers and cater to their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
