About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate at Willowbrook Mall in Houston. This is a temporary seasonal role through Sunday, January 10, 2027. The associate will represent the Cotton On brand and create memorable, enjoyable customer experiences. They will help maintain an inviting store through merchandising and replenishment, collaborate with the team to achieve goals, and reflect Cotton On’s values and commitment to making a positive difference in communities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with others to drive results as a team.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and in-store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
