About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for Cotton On Kids at Willowbrook. This temporary seasonal role runs through Sunday, January 10, 2027. The associate serves as a brand ambassador, creates memorable customer experiences, represents Cotton On’s values, helps maintain an appealing and easy-to-shop store, and works with the team to achieve goals. This is a part-time hourly position paying $16.13 per hour.

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Ability to collaborate with a team to drive results.
• Knowledge of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
