Anthropologie Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role supports a welcoming, customer-focused selling environment through personalized engagement, product suggestions, and in-the-moment transactions. Associates work collaboratively with peers, share product and trend knowledge, contribute to store initiatives, and communicate customer and employee experience feedback to Store Leadership. They also support shipment and omni-order fulfillment processes, maintain floor stock, and uphold Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
- Support a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
- Use technology to complete transactions in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
- Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
- Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
- Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
- Share insights and feedback about customer and employee experiences with Store Leadership.
- Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
- Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni-order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
- Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
