Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Use effective communication, provide exceptional customer service, support the merchant group, and solve problems.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public-relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at point-of-sale registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
