About The Position
Marc Jacobs International is seeking Temporary Sales Associates for its Cincinnati Premium Outlet location in Monroe, Ohio, for the 2026 holiday season. This seasonal assignment runs from November to January. Associates must be available to work at least two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. The role involves meeting personal sales goals, providing knowledgeable product assistance, developing client relationships, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work at least two weekdays per week and open availability on one day every weekend.
