About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate at Anthropologie contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. Requirements

Experience in customer service.

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or affinity for the Anthropologie brand (described as an “Anthro brand fan”).

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to complete transactions, locate sizes and colors, and order items unavailable in store to provide a frictionless customer experience.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and recognizing peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights about the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked products, contribute to omni order fulfillment, and maintain floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer, and stay current on merchandising updates.
