About The Position

Under Armour is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store during its busiest seasons. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining a clean and organized store, supporting daily operations, and assisting with stock duties as needed. Seasonal associates work in a fast-paced environment and may support both the sales floor and back-of-store operations, including point of sale and digital customer requests.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old, or 18 years old in California.
• Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 pounds/12 kilograms.
• Fluency in the local language; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the role.
• Able to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable using or willing to learn technology such as computers, handheld devices, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, including greeting customers and completing checkout efficiently.
• Recommend apparel and footwear suited to customers’ needs.
• Share knowledge of Under Armour products.
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store.
• Work in front- and back-of-store areas as needed, including point of sale and payment processes.
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through the digital experience in accordance with Under Armour processes and policies.
• Collaborate and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program to promote loyalty.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities to improve performance.
• Work scheduled hours in accordance with Under Armour’s attendance policy.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
