About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role involves engaging customers in a personalized, welcoming way; supporting sales across the floor; and using technology to complete transactions, locate products, and place orders for unavailable items. The associate works collaboratively with peers, shares product knowledge and styling insights, and contributes to a positive team environment. They also support shipment and omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining store stock, visual standards, and operational practices with a focus on the customer.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support selling across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in the store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share insights and feedback about the customer and employee experience with Store Leadership.
Understand how service and selling on each shift contribute to the store’s business.
Support shipment processes and omni order fulfillment while maintaining stock levels on the floor.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards and stay current on merchandising updates.
