Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time) - LUBBOCK, TX (SOUTH PLAINS)
About The Position
Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the Lubbock, Texas (South Plains) location. The role is suited to motivated, outgoing people who enjoy customer service, fashion, and shoes and can contribute to a team-oriented store environment. The work may include creating an enjoyable shopping experience, keeping the store clean and organized, and moving around the store, including climbing ladders. The position requires open availability during weekends. Customer service experience is helpful but not required; athletic shoe sales experience is a plus. The pay range is $10.00 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
- Must have open availability during weekends.
- Be fun, outgoing, and comfortable talking with people.
- Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
- Be interested in current trends, fashion, or shoes.
