About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate at its Carolina Place location. This is a temporary, part-time hourly position through Sunday, January 10, 2027, paying $15.50 per hour. The associate serves as a brand ambassador, creates memorable customer experiences, represents Cotton On’s values, and helps maintain an inviting store through merchandising and replenishment. The role involves working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and support customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and in-store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout a shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat and kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
