About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and contributing to an inclusive, positive store environment. You also support store operations, including opening and closing tasks, merchandising, replenishing the sales floor, and processing transactions.

The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends. It also requires bending, lifting, opening, and moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. The pay range is USD $15.50–$19.38 per hour. If eligible, benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a merchandise discount. Eligible store hourly associates working on a designated holiday receive additional compensation.

• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
