About The Position

Cotton On Kids is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate for a temporary role through Sunday, January 10, 2027. The associate serves as a Brand Ambassador, creating memorable and enjoyable customer experiences and representing Cotton On’s values. The role also helps keep the store inviting through merchandising and replenishment and works collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Retail experience; fast-fashion experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team to drive results.
• Awareness and understanding of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and in-store service delivery.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move around the store throughout the shift or workday.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to regularly squat or kneel.
• Ability to safely use a ladder, step stool, or raised platform.
