The role engages customers, supports sales goals, provides product knowledge and fashion advice, and helps maintain store operations and a welcoming team environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales and meet their needs.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
