About The Position

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the Retail Team at its LA store on a seasonal part-time basis. The role supports the boutique during its busiest trading period by delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the sales floor and stockroom. The position may also include additional duties needed to fulfil its requirements.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Passion for luxury fashion and the Vivienne Westwood brand.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holiday trading periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
Build strong client relationships and develop product knowledge across all categories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Support the team during peak trading periods.
Replenish stock and maintain product availability on the shop floor.
Receive, process, and organise stock deliveries.
Support stock transfers, returns, and inventory movements.
Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and stockroom.
Assist with visual merchandising and window displays as directed.
Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
Support store events, launches, and promotional activities.
Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Act as a positive ambassador for the Vivienne Westwood brand.
