About The Position

Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join the Retail Team at its LA store on a seasonal part-time basis. The role supports sales floor and stockroom operations during the busiest trading period, helping deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales, maintain store standards, and support the day-to-day running of the boutique. The associate also acts as a positive ambassador for the Vivienne Westwood brand. Additional duties may be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
Build strong client relationships and develop product knowledge across all categories.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Support the team during peak trading periods.
Assist with stock replenishment and maintain product availability on the shop floor.
Receive, process, and organise stock deliveries.
Support stock transfers, returns, and inventory movements.
Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the store and stockroom.
Assist with visual merchandising and window displays as directed.
Process transactions accurately through the POS system.
Support store events, launches, and promotional activities.
Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Act as a positive ambassador for the Vivienne Westwood brand.
