About The Position

Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part Time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. Sales Associates deliver positive sales performance, provide excellent customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, and help maintain an appealing store environment. They represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.

• Follow loss-prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
