About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate at Anthropologie contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine and unique experience. The role involves personalized customer engagement, product recommendations, in-the-moment transactions and order placement, collaboration with store peers, and support for shipment, fulfillment, merchandising, and store operations. Associates help maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards while keeping the customer at the center of their work.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Interest in or enthusiasm for the Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

Initiate genuine, personalized conversations so customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
Support a selling environment throughout the sales floor by engaging multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
Use technology to complete transactions in the moment, locate sizes and colors, and place orders for items unavailable in store.
Build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and help others.
Participate in sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Contribute to positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and recognizing peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
Share customer and employee experience insights and feedback with Store Leadership.
Understand the associate’s contribution to service and selling on each shift to impact store business.
Support shipment processes to learn about new and restocked product, and help complete omni order fulfillment while maintaining floor stock levels.
Maintain Anthropologie’s visual and operational standards, stay current on merchandising updates, and keep the focus on customers.
