About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time seasonal Retail Sales Associate to create and maximize sales while providing customers with an enjoyable shopping experience. The role supports the store’s continued growth in a team-oriented, entrepreneurial environment. Team members help maintain the store and pitch in as needed; each workday may bring different tasks. The position is based at the Meadowood location in Reno, Nevada. Pay is $12.00 per hour, and the role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older, or 16 years old or older with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun and outgoing, with an interest in fashion, shoes, or current trends.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Be able to communicate comfortably with people.
