About The Position

Cotton On is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to represent the brand and create memorable, enjoyable experiences for customers. The role involves living Cotton On’s values and supporting its positive impact on communities, maintaining an appealing and easy-to-shop store through merchandising and replenishment, and working with the team to achieve goals. This is a temporary seasonal position ending Sunday, January 10, 2027.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience, preferably in fast fashion.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and drive results as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic retail principles, including sales, stock, and in-store service delivery.
