About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at a retail location. Team members contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment, help maximize sales, and pitch in as needed in a dynamic retail setting. The role involves customer interaction, maintaining the store, and selling shoes and apparel. The pay range is $15.45 per hour. The role is eligible for the company 401(k) plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Must be fun and outgoing, with a desire to work hard and be successful.
• Must be comfortable interacting with customers.
