About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate associate veterinarian to help grow our thriving practice! All levels of experience will be considered, but the ideal candidate will be friendly, personable and a team player. This is a great opportunity for a new grad looking for mentorship or an experienced doctor learning to join an established team!

Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree, with active licensure in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
• Comfortable working across general practice — diagnostics, medical management, and surgery — with the confidence to make sound clinical decisions independently
• A communicator clients trust — you can explain a diagnosis clearly, have a hard conversation when needed, and leave an owner feeling heard
• Genuinely collaborative — you enjoy practicing alongside other veterinarians and value a team that pushes each other to be better
• Calm under pressure, decisive when it counts, and honest about what you don't know
• A real fondness for the work — the medicine, the animals, and the people who love them

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients across the full scope of general practice, with in-house diagnostics, radiology, and ultrasound
• Perform surgery on patients
• Manage cases from first exam through recovery, with an experienced support staff that keeps things running so you can focus on medicine
• Build genuine client relationships — explaining conditions clearly, guiding treatment decisions, and earning the kind of trust that keeps a practice thriving
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on complex cases — real consultation, not just parallel shifts in the same building
• Prescribe, treat, and vaccinate with the confidence that comes from having the tools and team behind you
