About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers. The role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people, and works as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events and maintain high visual merchandising standards. The position offers training and development and may provide eligibility to participate in applicable commission or bonus plans.

Requirements

• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Be able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
• Have previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Nice To Haves

• Make-up artistry certification or qualification.
• Previous retail make-up experience; amateur-level experience is also welcomed if the applicant demonstrates strong creative and technical expertise.
