About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking a part-time Seasonal Sales Associate to help create a positive customer experience and support sales at its Southwest Plaza store in Littleton, Colorado. The role involves working in a team-oriented retail environment, helping customers, maintaining the store, and contributing to the company’s continued growth. Pay is $16.00 per hour. This role is eligible for the company 401K plan.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and interested in current fashion, trends, or shoes.
• Have a desire to work hard and succeed.
• Be self-motivated, dynamic, and an outstanding communicator.
• Be enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to work well as a member of a group.
