About The Position

Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The Seasonal Sales Associate helps create an excellent shopping experience by connecting with customers, sharing product and fashion knowledge, and supporting store operations. The role requires a positive, professional, and collaborative approach, along with flexibility to meet business needs, including evening and weekend availability. Associates may need to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed. • Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Consider customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
• Use product knowledge to address customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned responsibilities such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a good environment for customers and colleagues.
