About The Position

Shoe Palace is hiring a part-time seasonal Retail Sales Associate to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. Team members work in a fun, team-oriented retail environment, help maximize sales, and contribute to the store’s continued growth. The workday may involve assisting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and running around and climbing ladders while selling shoes. The role is based at the Grand Canal location in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older; applicants 16 or older may qualify with appropriate work permits.
• Must have open availability during weekends.
• Must be fun, outgoing, hardworking, and driven to succeed.
• Interest in current trends, fashion, or shoes is desired.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.
