About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, globally minded Seasonal Sales Assistant who is passionate about fashion and the customer experience. This role calls for a flexible team player who can multitask and thrive in a creative, fun, fast-paced store environment. The assistant helps customers, supports store operations, and contributes to an organized and well-stocked sales floor and stock room.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic and motivated, with the ability to engage.
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to sell with a passion for styling and a love for fashion.
- Technologically savvy.
- POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while managing multiple customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence.
- Act as a fashion advisor and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Consistently support the management team with business needs.
- Keep the selling floor and stock room neat, organized, and stocked.
