About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, globally minded individual with a passion for fashion and customer experience to join its store team as a Seasonal Sales Assistant. The role suits a flexible team player who can multitask and thrive in a fun, inspiring, fast-paced store environment. The assistant provides welcoming customer service, advises customers on fashion and products, supports store operations, and helps keep sales and stock areas organized.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic and motivated, with the ability to engage.
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to sell with a passion for styling and love for fashion.
- Technological savvy.
- POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while managing multiple customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence.
- Act as a fashion advisor while demonstrating product knowledge.
- Consistently support the management team with business needs.
- Keep the selling floor and stock room neat, organized, and stocked.
