The Seasonal Sales Assistant is a flexible team player who can multitask and contribute to store results. The position offers a compensation range of $15.00–$16.25 USD; compensation varies based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic and motivated, with the ability to engage customers.
- Customer-service-focused, with the ability to sell and a passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically savvy.
- POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming experience while managing multiple customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence.
- Act as a fashion advisor and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Consistently support the management team with business needs.
- Keep the selling floor and stock room neat, organized, and stocked.
