About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, customer-focused Seasonal Sales Assistant who enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced store environment. The role involves welcoming and advising customers, supporting store operations, and contributing to the management team’s business needs. The assistant should be flexible, able to multitask, and committed to providing an elevated customer experience while helping maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor and stock room.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic and motivated, with the ability to engage customers.
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to sell with a passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically savvy.
- POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while managing multiple customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence.
- Act as a fashion advisor and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Consistently support the management team with business needs.
- Keep the selling floor and stock room neat, organized, and stocked.
