About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, flexible team player who is passionate about the customer experience and achieving results. The Seasonal Sales Assistant multitasks in a fast-paced store environment, provides welcoming customer service, supports store operations, and helps maintain the selling floor and stock room. The role includes a flexible schedule and eligibility to participate in holiday selling contests.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic and motivated, with the ability to engage.
- Customer-service-focused, with the ability to sell and a passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically savvy.
- POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while managing multiple customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence.
- Act as a fashion advisor and demonstrate product knowledge.
- Consistently support the management team with business needs.
- Keep the selling floor and stock room neat, organized, and stocked.
