About The Position
Michael Kors is seeking a stylish, customer-focused Seasonal Sales Assistant who enjoys fashion and thrives in a creative, fast-paced store environment. The role calls for a flexible team player who can multitask, contribute to a positive customer experience, and help the store achieve its business goals. The assistant welcomes and advises customers, supports store operations, and helps maintain organized, well-stocked sales and stock areas. This is a seasonal position.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Energetic and motivated, with the ability to engage customers.
- Customer-service focused, with the ability to sell and a passion for styling and fashion.
- Technologically savvy.
- POS experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming experience while managing multiple customers’ needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility and perform store tasks with speed and excellence.
- Act as a fashion advisor while demonstrating product knowledge.
- Consistently support the management team with business needs.
- Keep the selling floor and stock room neat, organized, and stocked.
