About The Position

Mini Melts is an established leader in cryogenically frozen ice cream, growing nationally. We are looking for leaders and team players to join our united team to satisfy our clients and maintain our position as leaders in the ice cream industry. This role involves representing Mini Melts Ice Cream to various customer locations, servicing and stocking equipment, delivering product, and collecting funds. The company emphasizes a 'white glove service commitment' and encourages growth for its employees.

Requirements

Flexible schedule and ability to work at least 40 hours per week
Ability to report to local depot at the beginning of each day for routing updates
Ability to drive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Valid Driver's License
Clean Driving Record
Reliable Transportation to and from work
Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

Representing Mini Melts Ice Cream to various customer locations (Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities)
Working with decision makers in customer locations to ensure needs are met with a white glove service commitment
Servicing and stocking Mini Melts provided equipment, including vending machines and Grab N Go freezers, at each location on the route
Operating a Transit Van fitted with freezer units to deliver product to Mini Melts Customers
Working closely with local and regional leadership to drive growth for the Mini Melts brand
Collecting, securing, and transporting funds from serviced vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the office
Ensuring equipment is fully operational and updated with current point of sale
Performing preventive maintenance on vending machines and Grab N Go freezers, such as ice scraping, cleaning, and replacing stickers or signage
Updating management through route for me software
Performing tasks as needed by Depot leadership
