About The Position

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan is seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused superstars to join their Operations Team as a Ride Operator + Playmaker. This role involves creating fun, memorable experiences for guests, operating attractions safely, engaging with visitors, managing queues, maintaining cleanliness, stocking public areas, and completing opening and closing procedures. The position offers a dynamic and varied work environment where every day is different and full of smiles.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.
• Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.
• Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.
• Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events!

Responsibilities

• Create fun, memorable experiences for every guest

• Manage queues and guest flow to keep the experience safe and enjoyable

• Complete opening and closing procedures to help the attraction run smoothly
