As a Stockroom Associate, you are the backbone of our store's operation, ensuring we can deliver on our promise to every customer. A background previously with handling of freight, picking omni channel orders for delivery and BOPIS as well as organization and a sense of urgency is a big plus. As a Stockroom Associate, you'll be the crucial link between our merchandise and our customers. Your work ensures the store runs smoothly and is always ready to create a "WOW" experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer Centric.

- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Handling of freight, picking omni channel orders for delivery and BOPIS as well as organization and a sense of urgency is a big plus.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and process freight shipments. You'll manage the flow of merchandise from the truck to the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring everything is accounted for and organized.
- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, including online purchases for in-store pickup and items shipping directly from our store. Your speed and accuracy directly impact the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized stockroom. This includes replenishing merchandise on the sales floor and ensuring the store team can easily find products.
- Collaborate with sales associates by maintaining product availability and communicating about new arrivals and stock levels, empowering them to provide solution-oriented service.
- Adhere to all company policies for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness. You'll take pride in ensuring our operational standards are met every day.
- Perform other duties as directed by management to support the overall success of the store.
