About The Position

The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. This role involves receiving, unloading, unpacking, and delivering newly arrived merchandise to selling departments. Responsibilities also include fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards, preparing and shipping customer orders, and utilizing inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments. The position requires assisting in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general support to the store, such as setting up special events, organizing backrooms, performing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes
Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
Provide general support to the store, e.g. setting up special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures
